Toll IPEC Online Demo

This Online demonstration is designed for use by Toll IPEC customers. The Online system is an easy to use but extremely effective IT platform for (among other things) printing address labels for your parcels and advising IPEC that you have items ready to be picked up. Online also functions as a real-time track and trace system with an e-mailable Proof of Delivery, also in real-time. Online can also be used to produce a comprehensive suite of reports.

Address book

The user’s customer base can be downloaded into Online, meaning that, for data entry, all the user need do load a consignee’s complete name and address details is to push the first letter of his name. This will cause all customers starting with that letter to appear. The user then clicks on the chosen one, and all necessary fields are populated. Alternatively, the last fifteen consignees the user sent items to will automatically appear when this screen is being used.
